Winning numerous awards this design project plans to regenerate the Qianhai Region of Shenzhen in southern China.
The project site includes 4,500 acres of reclaimed land surrounding Qianhai Harbor on the western coast of Shenzhen. This would create a new urban centre in the Pearl River Delta, linking Hong Kong to Shenzhen and Guangzhou. The scheme would be a new city for 1.5 million people.
I find these images so inspiring, visually intense and beautifully designed. They show the huge scale of just one design project in China and how Architects and Landscape Architects are shaping the future cities all over the world!
